Tammin Sursok reveals she is having a  ‘complete breakdown’

Tammin Sursok has revealed she desperately misses her children when she has to travel for work. 

The Australian actress said last week in a social media post that she was heading to Canada and couldn’t cope with being apart from her brood. 

‘Real talk for a second. I leave in three days to go shoot a movie in Canada,’ the 39-year-old said in an Instagram post.

Tammin added that she was thrilled to have landed a new gig but it comes at a cost. 

‘I’m so excited for this new experience and to play the lead in another film, is such a blessing,’ she went on. 

‘But I’m gonna be away from my kiddos and my husband for a while. And it still is really painful.’

The Pretty Little Liars star admitted that the time apart takes a toll on her mental health.  

‘In the beginning, I couldn’t cope. I could not go away for like a day without having a complete breakdown. And now I can do it, but it’s still painful,’ she said.

She added in her video that she and Sean take turns working away from home and are a ‘team’.  

‘When he goes and films, I’m with the kids. When I go and film, he’s with the kids,’ she said.

‘And so they’re very used to being with both of us, it’s not one or the other.’
